Purpose and legal basis

We process data to answer enquiries, prepare offers and take steps before entering into a contract. Depending on the communication, the legal basis is pre-contractual measures or our legitimate interest in communicating with an interested party.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are deleted or reviewed within 24 months. Where a contractual relationship arises, data is retained for the relationship and applicable statutory periods.

Recipients and transfers

Authorised personnel and hosting or email providers may access data where necessary. We do not share it for third-party marketing. Any transfer outside the EU/EEA will use appropriate safeguards.

Your rights
