LIMPID RSP s.r.o. was established on July 2, 2020 and was granted Registered Social Enterprise status on February 26, 2021. Its mission is to create employment opportunities for disadvantaged people, especially people with disabilities.
The company also contributes to employment in the Upper Nitra region in connection with the restructuring of the mining industry.
Substitute performance
A practical route to meeting employment obligations
Under Slovak Act No. 5/2004 Coll., employers with at least 20 employees have an obligation to employ a defined proportion of people with disabilities. One possible route is purchasing eligible work under substitute-performance rules.
We configure the specific scope and eligibility according to current legal conditions and the customer’s situation.
